Genomic survey, characterization and expression profile analysis of the 3-phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase family in rice(Oryza sativa L.)

摘 要:The synthesis of serine in rice is intangible, and little kinetic and structural information is available for most enzymes in the pathway. In this study, we carried out a comprehensive characteristic and phylogenetic analysis of three 3-phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase(PGDH) members in rice, as well as an analysis of their whole-life expression patterns. All of the OsPGDHs have three highly conserved motifs. The three genes were detected in all tissues and development stages in Nipponbare by qRT-PCR. Under abiotic stresses, such as salt(150 mM NaCl), drought(20% PEG 4000 simulation), oxidation(10 mM H2O2) and low temperature(4±1 ℃), the expressions of all OsPGDHs are significantly different. These investigations improve our understanding of the importance of the OsPGDH family and provide useful information about the phosphorylated serine biosynthesis pathway in rice.
