摘      要:Human health has been compromised by obesity in the world,in which germ cell could be *** is one of specific germ cells,which supports the early embryonic development in *** investigate the relation between high fat diet and oocyte quality,mice were bred with high fat and normal diet to use as treated and control groups,***-oocyte complexs(COCs) were collected from treated and normal *** of COCs was observed by transmission electron *** level of genes for mitochondrial and nuclear functions in cumulus were identified by *** quality was evaluated by artificial *** results showed that the number of ovulated oocytes in treated group was more than control group(p0.05).Efficiency of parthenogenetic embryonic development in vitro in treated group was also more than that of control group(p0.05).The expression level of genes for mitochondrial functions in cumulus was lower than than of control(p0.05),excluding CoxⅡ.E2 level in serum and expression level of p450 arom in treated group were higher than that of control(P0.05).But lipoids in cumulus for treated group was significantly more than that of control group and the cristae of mitochondria was more clear in treated *** and ROS ’level for cumulus in treated group were higher than that of control group(p0.05),and mitochondrial membrane potential level for cumulus in treated group was lower than that of control *** results demonstrated that parthenogenetic embryonic development in vitro could be improved by high fat diet,but mitochondrial functions were impaired,which will be used for references for human in diet intake.
