摘 要:Rice black-streaked dwarf virus disease(RBSDVD) transmitted by small brown planthopper(SBPH, Laodelphax striatellus) is one of the most destructive viral disease in rice(Oryza sativa L.) production. It is urgent to explore resistance resources and genes to breed resistant cultivars for controlling this disease. In present study, 1071 sequenced diverse rice accessions collected from 72 countries or regions were evaluated for resistance to RBSDVD. Totally, 3 significant associated loci were detected by Genome-wide association study(GWAS), a locus on chromosome 6 was further verified by a bi-parental genetic population. In the significant association interval with RBSDVD resistance, 20 adjacent candidate genes were predicted. The study will provide a powerful resource for elucidating the mechanism underlying RBSDVD resistance and breeding resistance rice cultivars by molecular assisted selection(MAS).
