摘 要:Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) is a major pathogen-associated molecular pattern molecule that can initiate lethal *** peptides(AMPs) in the skin secretions of amphibians are essential components of immune system to protect these hosts from different microbial *** present investigation,we identified two LPS-binding peptides from skin secretions of native amphibian Bombina maxima challenged with LPS *** peptides were purified by gel filtration on a superdex peptide 10/300 GL column followed by an HPLC C *** molecular weight and the purity of peptides were analyzed by an Autoflex Speed TOF/TOF mass *** primary structures of the peptides were determined by *** binding activity of peptides with LPS was determined using super streptavidin(SSA) biosensors in the Octet Red 96 *** peptides showed LPS-binding activities, low cytotoxity in vitro and protective effects on LPS-induced sepsis in *** results suggest the peptides are valuable molecules that can interact with LPS and laid the foundation for future research and development.
