摘 要:Objective To observe the effects of liraglutide and dapagliflozin on bone mineral density and bone turnover markers in postmenopausal overwei ght/obese type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Sixty-three cases of post menopausal overweight/obese T2DM were randomly divided into liraglutide group(n=32) and dapagliflozin group(n=31).The levels of blood sugar,total cho lesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),bone mineral density(BMD),type I collagen C-terminal peptide cross-linking(β-CTX),type 1 collagen N-ter minal pro-peptide(P1NP) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) were compared befor e treatment and 26 weeks after *** *** with baseline,BMI,FPG,HbA1c,TG,TCH and LDL in liraglutide group and dapagliflozin group decreased significantly after 26 weeks of treatment(P0.05).*** with baseli ne,P1 NP in liraglutide group increased significantly after treatment(P0.05),beta-CTX decreased significantly(P0.05),and beta-CTX in dapagliflozin gr oup increased significantly after treatment(P0.05).After treatment,L2-4 B MD was significantly lower in the dapagliflozin group than that in the liragluti de group(P0.05);β-CTX was significantly higher in the dapagliflozin grou p than that in the liraglutide group(P0.05);and P1NP was significantly lo wer than that in the liraglutide group(P0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide and d apagliflozin,two drugs with both hypoglycemic and weight-reducing effects,ha ve no significant improvement on BMD in bone metabolism,However,liragluti de can inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation,while dapagliflozin can promote bone resorption.
