摘 要：Background and introduction: In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to male infertility and its treatment. Due to environmental pollution, long-term lack of trace elements, bad living habits, long-term high mental stress, excessive smoking, alcohol consumption, abuse of hormones, sexually transmitted diseases and other factors, the reproductive capacity of modern human beings, especially men, is declining significantly. According to statistics, 10%-20% of married couples are infertile, of which male-induced infertility accounts for 40%-70%, and has an increasing trend year by year. Male reproductive health has become a major problem affecting human reproduction and survival. It is necessary to carry out the etiology and treatment of male infertility. Fewer and weaker sperms are common in male infertility. At present, testosterone, clomiphene and chorionic gonadotropin are the main drugs for male infertility patients in western medicine clinic. The overall efficacy has its limitations. Traditional Chinese medicine paysattention to holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment, and has certain advantages and characteristics in the treatment of male infertility. Among them, Kidney-Tonifying and spermatogenesis herbs can improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-testicular gonadal axis, promote the secretion and release of hypothalamus gonadotropin, so as to improve pituitary luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating spur. The synthesis, secretion and release of growth hormone promote testicular androgen synthesis, and finally promote testicular spermatogenesis and epididymal sperm maturation, and finally improve the treatment of male infertility.
