摘 要:Cr(Ⅲ) is often regarded as a trace essential micronutrient and can be found in many dietary supplements due to its participation in blood glucose *** concentrations Cr(Ⅲ) exposure however, has been shown to have toxic ***, scanning electrochemical microscopy(SECM) depth scan imaging is employed to monitor the membrane permeability of single live human bladder cancer(T24) cells following 1 hr incubations with Cr(Ⅲ) *** permeable ferrocenemethanol, and impermeable ferrocenecarboxylic acid are employed as electrochemical mediators to monitor the changes in membrane permeability with increased concentration of *** on the quantity of CrCl administered, three distinct trends were *** low incubation concentrations of Cr(Ⅲ), the cell membrane permeability coefficients were relatively unaffected with both *** moderate increases in Cr(Ⅲ) dosage, ferrocenemethanol membrane permeability was observed to decrease, while ferrocenecarboxylate remained ***, with high incubation concentrations, membrane permeability was found to increase significantly with both *** cell viability studies were also conducted with Cr(Ⅲ) to further investigate the toxicity of this trace essential heavy *** viability study exhibited a similar trend as the cell membrane permeability, reinforcing SECM‘s strength as a bioanalytical technique for monitoring cellular homeostasis.
