摘      要:Chlamydia is gram-negative obligate bacteria causing a wide variety of diseases in humans and *** date,there are no available data on seroprevalence of Chlamydia and the risk factors associated with Chlamydia infection in black bone sheep and goats in *** the present study,antibodies against Chlamydia abortus were examined by the indirect hemagglutination(IHA) test,and thus the risk factors associated with seroprevalence were evaluated by a multivariate logistic regression *** results,100 of 481(20.79%) black bone sheep and goats were seropositive for *** antibodies at the cut-off of 1:*** meanwhile,gender and region were considered as major risk factors associated with *** infection in black bone sheep and goats(P 0.05).In conclusion,this is the first report of *** seroprevalence in black bone sheep and goats in Yunnan Province,southwestern China,posing regards with important implications for public health and the local economy.
