Seasonal variation of secondary organic aerosol in PM2.5 in rural Guangzhou,Southern China

摘 要：Secondary organic aerosols(SOA) are important organic constituents in *** better understand the atmospheric abundances,seasonal variations,influencing factors of SOA in Pearl River Delta region,a one-year campaign was conducted in rural Guangzhou to collect fine particulate matter(PM) samples from March 2012 to February *** SOA tracers in PM have been analyzed by gas chromatography-mass *** and Monoterpene SOA tracers were significantly higher in summer and autumn but much lower in winter and spring,showing the influence of temperature on emission ***,higher levels of atmospheric oxidants(NOx and ozone) could lead to an enhancement of monoterpene SOA concentrations in autumn and ***,toluene and naphthalene SOA tracers showed higher levels in autumn and *** episodic periods with high SOA loadings were investigated and the influence of the factors such as temperature,air pollutants and regional sources on SOA formation was discussed.
