摘      要:Background In the clinical work, Minor Depressive Disorder, Dysthymia and Mild Depression share similar depressive symptoms, have negative influence on patients’ social function and quality of life. The current study compiled a manual of structured group cognitive behavioral therapy(GCBT) and we’d like to find out whether perceived social support might influence the efficacy of GCBT for minor depressive disorder, dythymia and mild depression in order to provide a new option for these patients with Minor Depressive Disorder,Dysthymia and Mild Depression. Method We conducted group cognitive behavioral therapy to patients who must meet the criteria of Minor Depressive Disorder, Dysthymia and Mild Depression according to DSM-IV. Patients were evaluated using M.I.N.I, HAMD-17, HAMA, GAF and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support(MSPSS) at baseline, week 4, week 8 and week 12(the end of the therapy). Analyses were performed according to the intention-to-treat approach. Results 100 Participants were divided into two groups(High-perceived social support group and Low-perceived social support group) according to the mean perceived social support scores. HAMD-17 and HAMA scores were both declined between high-perceived social support group and low-perceived social support group at week 4, week 8 and week 12(P0.05). However, significant difference was found between the two groups at week 4, week 8 and week 12. The HAMD-17 scores of the two groups were presented in Table 2. Repeated measure ANOVA was employed to analyze HAMD-17 scores between two groups at different time points. The results showed that data met the spherical assumption(Mauchly’s W=0.982, P=0.903), therefore, the univariate ANONA results were adopted(F=104.172, P=0.0000.05). Significant difference was found between high-perceived social support and low-perceived social support(F=10.377,P=0.002 0.05).Conclusion In summary, after group cognitive behavioral therapy, patients’ depressive and anxiety symptoms declined significantly. Moreover, we found evidence for perceived social support exerting an influence on patients’ depressive and anxiety symptoms. That means, perceived social support indeed played a considerable role for patients who received group cognitive behavioral therapy.
