摘 要:In the winter heating period,in the northern region,the heating mode of hot fixed electricity has limited the capacity of the thermal power unit,resulting in a lot of wind *** order to solve the problem of wind power consumption.,we consider the peak-valley time-of-use tariff strategy,actively guide the adjustment of user side power structure,and the latent heat storage device is arranged at the cogeneration unit to break the traditional model of hot fixed electricity,or coordinate with the electric heating unit in the power load,the total system coal consumption as the objective function of the minimum,to build a comprehensive scheduling *** particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem and compare the operation differences of different heat storage *** results show that the heat storage can not only effectively reduce the system coal consumption,but also increase the level of wind power consumption.
