摘 要：Image segmentation is one of the most important parts of image recognition and computer vision. On the basis of the support vector machine, the classic C-SVM model is improved. And a support vector model with dynamic penalty factors called DC-SVM is presented and applied to the image segmentation in this paper. Some experiments have been carried out and satisfactory image segmentation results have been obtained.
