摘      要:正Introduction Selenium(Se) toxicity and nutrition depends on its total amount and chemical speciation presented in ***,organic Se can be more easily absorbed by organisms including *** containing Se and Se-met,Se-cys are the appropriate chemical forms for human daily intake from foods (Wang et al.,2000;Chen et al.,2007).Up to now, Se-enriched yeast is used widely in China as supplement in feedstuff and in *** this study, corn flour collected from high Se area-Enshi and Se-enriched yeast were *** aim of this paper was to study their Se speciation in Se-enriched corn and yeast.
