摘      要:In grass crops,leaf angle is determined by development of the lamina joint,the tissue connecting the leaf blade and sheath,and is closely related to crop architecture and ***,we report the cloning and characterization of the wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) gene Compact plant architecture(TaCPA),which regulates lamina joint development,leaf angle,and plant *** encodes an SQUAMOSA PROMOTER BINDING(SBP) domain-containing transcription factor and is highly expressed in the lamina ***-out mutants of TaCPA exhibit erect leaves with loss of the lamina *** of the transcriptome between the Tacpa mutant and the wild type revealed that TaCPA is involved in the activation of genes related to auxin and brassinosteroid pathways and cell *** binds to the promoters of the auxin-related gene AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR(TaARF6) and the brassinosteroid biogenesis gene CYP90 D2(TaD2) and activates their *** results indicate that TaCPA regulates lamina joint development through auxin signaling and the brassinosteroid biosynthesis pathway.
