Stimulation of histamine H4 receptor participates in cold-induced browning of subcutaneous white adipose tissue

摘 要：While many studies have shown that histamine and its signaling regulate energy homeostasis through the central nervous system (CNS), their roles in adipose tissues remain poorly understood. We found the HrH4expression was significantly induced in subcutaneous adipose tissue in response to cold exposure by both quantitative PCR and Western blot.
