摘      要:Objective:To examine the the repeatability of the TIC quantitative analysis software in the micro blood perfusion of neovascularization within carotid plaques by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS).To investigate carotid plaque neovascularization in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) using CEUS,and the correlation between the risk factors and acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Method:A total of 60 ACS patients and 60 stablecoronary artery disease(SCAD) patients were selected to undergo conventional carotid ultrasonography and CEUS,and the plaque enhancement was observed and analyzed *** inclusive criteria were matched with 2003 American Heart Association criteria for *** CEUS was performed in relation to the ACS occur within one *** using a II-generation contrast agent,SonoVue(sulphur hexafluoride microbubbles surrounded by a phospholipid shell).Interobserver and intraobserver variability of the measurements was assessed.A is the maximum number of microbubblesthat local tissues could accumulate,reflecting the local microvascular density and representing the capillary ***:The ACS group presented higher low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(3.21±0.75 &2.53±0.71,P0.05) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(3.76±0.19 & 2.93±0.15,P0.05)than the SCAD *** proportion of soft plaques in the ACS group(72%) was higher than that in the SCAD *** proportion of plaque enhancement,intensity of plaque enhancement(A) and ratio of enhancement intensity in the plaque to that in the carotid lumen in the ACS group were higher than those in SCAD *** A value was correlated with the hs-CRP value;the sensitivity and specificity of A value were80.0%and 88.3%,*** regression analyses indicated that age(65-74 years),hs-CRP and A were correlated with the occurrence of *** sensitivity and specificity of the A value of carotid plaques were 80.0%and 88.3%,respectively,(the cut-off valuewas 9.97 dB
