摘 要:As a member of the class IIa family of histone deacetylases, the histone deacetylase 5(HDAC5) is known to be a critical transcriptional regulator and linked to prominent human diseases, including cardiac diseases and *** we find that knockdown of HDAC5 in human cell lines and bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs) from mice results in attenuated phosphorylation of p65 at ***, the levels of inflammation-related cytokines, such as TNF-α and IL-6, obviously reduced in cell culture supernatant after lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulation compared to the wild-type *** summary, our findings suggest that HDAC5 acts as a new regulator of anti-inflammatory responses.
