摘      要:Castor bean(Ricinus communis L.,Euphorbiaceae) is a critical biodiesel crop and its seedderivatives have industrial *** to the lack of any genetic map the breeding and genetic improvement of castor bean has been largely *** the rapid development of sequencing technologies,genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS) has became one of the most popular methods for developing genomic SNP *** GBS for 200 individuals within the recombinant inbred line(RIL) population generated8,896 SNP *** on the available draft reference genome(at the scaffold level),we obtained a high-density genetic map with 10 linkage groups(LGs),spanning1,852.33 cM with an average distance of about 0.43 ***,996 scaffolds from draft reference genome with 296.01 Mb,accounting for 84.43%of the whole genome,were anchored into 10 *** on the assembled castor bean genome we performed a genome synteny analysis within the castor bean genome and between castor bean and *** results showed new evidence that the castor bean genome might have undergone paleopolyploidy events during *** explored the evolutionary divergence of castor bean from other members of Euphorbiaceae,such as physic nut,cassava and rubber *** on the RIL population and genome resequencing,we identified 16 QTLs that control seed yield(covering 851 candidate genes) and 2 QTLs that control seed oil content(covering 300 candidate genes).This study is the first to assemble a pseudo-chromosome scale genome of castor bean based on a high-density genetic map,providing new evidence towards understanding gene and genome variation during the evolution of castor *** and candidate genes were identified that potentially control seed yield and oil *** provides a useful gene resource for molecular breeding and genetic engineering in castor bean.
