摘 要:Hydrogen peroxide(H O),one of the major reactive oxygen species(ROS),operates as an important signaling molecule involving in a wide range of plant development and stress ***,H O-mediated signaling cascade, especially potential crosstalk between H O and plant hormones, such as brassinosteroid(BR),remains largely ***,we showed that H2 O2 induced the oxidation of the transcription factor BRASSINAZOLE-RESISTANT1(BZR1),which functions as a key master regulator in BR signaling pathway to regulate various plant growth and development processes by controlling expression of thousands of target *** modification enhances BZR1 transcriptional activity by promoting its interaction with key regulators in auxin-and light-signaling pathways, including AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR6(ARF6) and PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR4(PIF4).Genome-wide analysis defined an H202-dependent BZR1-regulated transcriptome that plays more dominanf roles in BZR1-mediated biological processes and cellular ***,thioredoxin protein TRXh5 interacts with BZR1 and catalyzes reduction of *** a new oxidized target,BZRl bridges H O-and thioredoxinmediated redox signaling and BR signaling pathways in regulating plant development.
