摘 要:A more realistic multi-channel cellular model, which is based on the classic spherical single-cell dielectric model and takes into account the influence of different parts of the cell on the transmembrane potential, is proposed. Methods for calculating transmembrane potential of cytomembrane and nuclear envelope and modeling the transfer function of each part of the cell membrane voltage are introduced. The experimental results show that different cells have different membrane voltage response to the same parameters of electrical pulse, which also explains that the stimulating effect for electrical pulses to the cell is selective. The optimal pulse parameters which are suitable for tumor treatment can be found and that could achieve a better therapeutic effect on tumor tissues and minimize the side effects on normal cells. The validity of the multi-channel cellular circuit model has been verified.
