摘 要:As the problem of environmental degradation and energy scarcity rapidly worsened, the oxygen content of the flue gas in the industrial furnace can directly reflect the status of combustion in the furnace. The measurement of oxygen content has a great significance to improve the efficiency of fuel. In order to solve this problem, the paper proposes a design scheme, i.e. residual oxygen measurement system is based on zirconium oxide sensor and STM32F405RG is the core controller. The system is composed of a thermocouple temperature compensation circuit, a heating temperature control circuit and a residual oxygen concentration measurement circuit, which can realize real-time and effective measurement of residual oxygen content. In order to enhance the temperature control accuracy and stability of the sensor, the control algorithm is improved, and the segmented PID control algorithm is adopted. Through experiments, it proves that the detection system for the concentration of oxygen can be detected as low as 2×10.
