Synthesis of Ferrocenophanes with tetrazine side chain and its investigation on anion recognization

摘 要:In this paper,1,1’-ferrocenedicarbonyl chloride was prepared via three steps of acetylation,oxidation and halogenation;At the same time,N,N-bis(3-aminoalkyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,6-diamine(a1,a2,a3) were prepared by the reaction of 3,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)-1,2,4,5-tetrazine with ethyldiamine,propane-1,3-diamine and butane-1,4-diamine;1,1’-Ferrocenedicarbonyl chloride reacted with a1,a2,a3 respectively to form tetrazine ferrocenophanes(f1,f2,f3) which were confirmed by H-NMR、C-NMR、IR and *** properties on anions of f1,f2,f3 were investigated by Uv-vis *** results showed that maximum absorption peak of four anions(CO,OH-,PO,BO) possessed obvious difference on visible zone.
