摘      要：AIM: To develop a 5 - LO inhibitor screening model which can screen the anti - in- flammation ***: Enzymes and medicine were first incubated in a 384 - well *** drug anti - inflammation activity is assayed colorimetrically by monitoring the appearance of oxidized TMPD at 590 ***: NDGA shows that this model can be used to screen 5 - LO *** TCMs was screened, none of them showed a high *** of them exhibit a moderate inhibition and Semen artemisia halodendron show the highest inhibition CONCLUSION: The 5 - LO inhibitor screening model is easy to perform and suitable to high throughout screening.
