摘      要:正Oyster mushroom is a popular edible mushroom,which exhibiting various colorful fruit *** this study,antioxidant and anticancer activities of methanolic extracts of three different colored oyster mushroomsdark -grey strain(Pleurotus ostreatus),yellow strain(***),and pink strain(***)-were *** these mushrooms,the yellow strain extract(1.0 mg/mL) showed the highest radical scavenging activity(84.4%),reducing power(0.532),ferrous chelating ability(85.2%),and total phenolic contents(39.3 mg/g).However,the extract of dark-grey and pink strain of 500 g/mL showed high suppressive effects against growth of human colon cancer cell line HT-29 with survival rates of 39.9 and 40.7%,respectively.
