Antioxidant and Citotoxic Activity of Colored Oyster Mushrooms

摘 要：正Oyster mushroom is a popular edible mushroom,which exhibiting various colorful fruit *** this study,antioxidant and anticancer activities of methanolic extracts of three different colored oyster mushroomsdark -grey strain（Pleurotus ostreatus）,yellow strain（***）,and pink strain（***）-were *** these mushrooms,the yellow strain extract（1.0 mg/mL） showed the highest radical scavenging activity（84.4%）,reducing power（0.532）,ferrous chelating ability（85.2%）,and total phenolic contents（39.3 mg/g）.However,the extract of dark-grey and pink strain of 500 g/mL showed high suppressive effects against growth of human colon cancer cell line HT-29 with survival rates of 39.9 and 40.7%,respectively.
