摘      要:The assembly conformation and kinetics of PE lipids are the key to membrane activities such as exocytosis,endocytosis and Golgi membranes *** current study,a polarization and frequency resolved(resolution≈1 cm-1)picosecond sum frequency generation system was developed to characterize assembly and relaxation behaviors of DMPE and DPPE *** conformation changes and assembly behaviors of DMPE and DPPE molecules are elucidated by analyzing the SFG spectra collected at various SP,combined with the Pi-A isotherm detections and BAM *** compression kinetics and relaxation kinetics of PE monolayers are also *** is elucidated that the conformation changes of DMPE molecules during the monolayer compression could be separated into several stages:reorientation of PO-group in head groups at the beginning of LE phase,conformation changes of alkyl chain in head groups during the LE phase,conformation changes of alkyl chain in tail groups during the LE-LC *** understanding will help researchers to control the lipid molecular conformation and membrane curvatures during the exocytosis/endocytosis processes in a desired manner.
