DNA Amplification in Streptomyces hygroscopicus 10-22

摘 要：T110,obtained through mutational cloning of Streptomyces hygroscopicus 10-22 with pIJ702 derivatives containing 10-22 genomic DNA fragment(1-9kb in size),was found to contain amplified DNA sequence with c.300 copies per chromosome by running the total DNA digestions in both conventional gel electrophoresis
