摘      要:Therapeutic cancer vaccine are attractive due to the prospect of specificity and their lack of ***,their immunogenicity of antigen peptide has hampered the clinical *** *** adjuvant for huamn vaccine,containing AB5 molecular structure,is available to be equipped with a cytokine adjuvant and five antigen ***-CSF could not only stimulate stem cells proliferation but surprised results in a synergistic effect when combined with CTB-PSMA *** vaccine was evaluated in mice model through vitro and vivo *** result determined that both the immunogenicity and the protective effect of chimera protein GM-CSF-CTA2/(CTB-PSMA)5 were much better than that of single ***,GM-CSF-CTA2/(CTB-PSMA)5 is a candidate of prostate cancer vaccine.
