摘      要:Purpose:Shear-cell test method has been used extensively as one of the important methods to evaluate the flowability of pharmaceutical *** different shear tests have been developed,though they are variations on the same theme of Jenike shear test experimental principle and the equipment and methodology used are complex and *** purse of the study is to develop a new shear test method and generally accepted standards for evaluation of pharmaceutical powders flowability.;Method:Based on constant volume single shear test principle,one-step method without pre-compression and pre-shear test,was developed for the determination of normal stress and shear stress of powders with different *** envelope was obtained through the analysis of various mechanical parameters of powders and compared with the Jenike method results.;Results:A series of experimental parameters,such as envelope equation and internal friction angle,were obtained by the new shear test method with simple steps and short time,which were found to have good correlation with Jenike experiment *** new method was also proved to have high precision and good ***:The new shear test method provides a theoretical foundation for comprehensive and accurate evaluation and prediction of flowability of pharmaceutical powders.
