摘 要:Rickettsioses and anaplasmoses are a focus of increasing medical interest worldwide. To date, although the agents of these diseases have been reported in ticks in China, the presence of spotted fever group rickettsiae(SFGR), Anaplasma phagocytophilum and Anaplasma bovis in Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum were little known. In this study, we investigated the occurrence of these pathogens in Hy. a. anatolicum from Shache County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(XUAR), China, and performed phylogenetic analysis based on the omp A and 16 S rRNA genes, respectively. Our results indicated one tick specimen sample was positive for SFGR, two for A. bovis and three for A. phagocytophilum by PCR. Sequences and phylogenetic analyses showed that the SFGR agent detected was closely related to Rickettsia massiliae. However, one isolate PCR-positive for A. bovis was affiliated to the group of A. bovis, with another isolate clustered with the group of A. platys, and three isolates PCR-positive for A. phagocytophilum were closely related to Ehrlichia sp. To our knowledge, this is the first report of R. massiliae, A. bovis and A. platys-like pathogen presence in Hy. a. anatolicum, and provides evidence for the existence of these pathogens in Shache County, XUAR, China.
