摘 要:Ganoderma pseudoferreum was the pathogen of hevea red root disease,which generally occurred in the rubber tree planting areas in China and brought huge losses to the rubber *** order to explore the pathogenic mechanism of ***,cDNA library was sequenced and analyzed with the mycelium pure cultured by PDA medium and infected rubber tree root for 30 d respectively,by the Illumina hiseq 2 500 high-throughput sequencing *** results showed that the valid data were 46 024 635 after *** were 6 892 differently expressed genes(q 0.05 & |log2(Fold-change) | 1),3 030 up-regulated genes,3 862 down-regulation of *** up-regulated genes,there were 32 genes which log2(Fold-change) greater than 6 and 13 genes which greater *** up-regulated genes mainly included cellulose,hemicellulase,oxidase,dehydrogenase and transcription *** results lay a foundation for further research on the pathogenic molecular mechanism of ***.
