摘 要:Glucose-6-phosphat dehydrogenase(G6PDH) is one of the key enzymes in oxidative pentose phosphate pathway, playing a role in response to the abiotic stresses and ***,a full-length cDNA designed as ScG6 PDH from sugarcane,1,646 bp long with 1,524 bp long ORF encoding 507 amino acid residues, was *** of phylogenetic tree showed ScG6 PDH gene was a member of cytosolic G6 PDH gene family, which was consistent with the subcellular localization experiment result of locating in cytoplasm and on *** on a real-time quantitative RT-PCR under the treatments of salt, drought, heavy metal(CdCl) and low temperature(4 ℃),transcription levels of the ScG6 PDH gene were higher than those without treatments, implying its positive response to abiotic *** measurement of ion conductivity and histochemical assay showed that this ScG6 PDH gene also played a role in the hypersensitive cell death response.
