摘 要：Objective To investigate the situation of community care needs of stroke patients in Nanchang. Method Investigate 207 stroke patients in the 3 districts of Nanchang in Jiangxi Province, taking a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. Research tools adopt four questionnaires:The questionnaire of community stroke patients’ personal data, Barthel Index evaluation table, The questionnaire of community care needs in stroke patients, The questionnaire of comparison that different ADL scores in stroke patients with community care needs. Results Stroke patients are more common in middle-aged and older men, 60.9% of patients had an attack of stroke, only 6.3% of patients had three attacks;67.1% of patients have received recovery instruction, 91.8% of patients had regular rehabilitation trainings;The patients mainly suffered from mild-to-moderate functional defects, and the ratio reached 67.1%, severe functional defects in the proportion of patients was 18.4%, and 14.3% of patients had a self-care. In the eight dimensions of community care needs, the highest score （31.76 ± 3.390） is the health education, the lowest score （10.14 ± 3.104） is the social support needs. Different ADL scores of patients have different care needs. The higher the ADL score, the lower the nursing requirement. Conclusions Stroke patients needed more community nursing requirement, which had to do with the ability of activities of daily living （ADL） for patients, so government and community service organizations should pay attention to community nursing practice project that meet their needs.
