摘      要:正 We have investigated changes in chemical structures and molecular dynamics for electron beam(EB)-irradiated MPE/PTFE polymer-blend using solid-state NMR spectroscopy. Although 13the 13C MAS NMR spectra did not yield useful information regarding changes in the chemical structure of MPE/PTFE by the EB- irradiation, it was possible to obtain detailed structural information from the 19F MAS NMR spectra. The results indicate that 19F signals at -215 (-CFH- and/or -CFH2) and -140 ppm (-CF2H) for EB-irradiated MPE/PTFE are characteristic signals, which are not observed in independently irradiated PTFE. Furthermore, relaxation times for these samples were measured, and the results indicate that the molecular motion of the crystalline components of PTFE and MPE is altered by EB-irradiation. These NMR experimental results indicate that a chemical reaction occurred between MPE and PTFE, and that their molecular motion was significantly changed by irradiation.
