摘 要:正The Hepatitis C virus(HCV) p7 protein forms ion channels which are crucial for the assembly and secretion of infectious virus,making it a therapeutic target. The small(63 amino acid,7 kDa) and highly hydrophobic p7 protein has two transmembrane spanning helices connected by a short,hydrophilic loop facing the cytoplasm and with N- and C-termini facing the ER lumen.
