摘      要：正The DR material has its characteristics such as very thin specification,strong intensity, high flatness and surface *** has produced with the double cold reduction（DCR） technology for several years in *** this paper,we present the slicing water and cooling synthesis control object function and establish a set of coolant spray synthesis control model,which has been applied in the productive practice of Baosteel DCR *** makes the coolant supply of mill not only satisfy the request of slicing water to assure surface quality of strip steel but also get effective cooling to assure flatness quality of strip steel,and it gets substantial economic return and has further extend application value.
