摘      要：正In our previous work, a strain specifically anti-Myxobolus rotundus ScFv, pCAN-6H9 was isolated from the constructed phage display ScFv library against M. rotundus infecting allogynogenetic crucian carp, Carassius auratus auratus gibelio. In the present work, the encoding gene of pCAN-6H9 was cloned into pET-23（a） to construct recombinant pET-6H9.
