摘 要:Cystinosis and some other diseases are characterized by high concentrations of cystine in urine(usually400 mg L-1).Until now many methods have been developed to detect cystine in human urine,such as iodimetry,[1]electrochemitry,[2]high-performance liquid chromatography,[3]fluorimetry[4]and colorimetry.[5]Among these methods,colorimetric assay is the most attractive analytical method,especially in a resource poor setting,due to its simplicity,easy observation by the naked eye and no requirement for sophisticated
