摘 要:正 Computer-integrated design system has become the future trend for CAD applications. In this paper, a structural design process model and building product model are introduced. Based on these two models, a computer- integrated software framework is proposed. The framework, enabling a flexible and scalable software environment, becomes a part of an integrated prototype system for structural design. In the integrated environment, different CAD tools can be incorporated into the system as individual components. Thus, the system is capable to support design automation and collaboration design among the team members of a build project.
