摘      要:In fetal liver, hepatocyte proliferate at a rapid rate. We were interested to test whether some miRNAs would play an important role in hepatocyte proliferation. From 27 miRNAs discovered in our recent study, we selected 15 newly validated human miRNAs. DNA oligonucleotides of antisense polarity and covering the entire miRNA sequence were synthesized(anti-miDNA). HepG2 cells were transfected with 1.0μM individual DNA oligonucleotides(anti-miDNA) complementary to 15 miRNAs in 96-well plates using Lipofectin Transfection Agent. 72 hr post-transfection, the cell
