A Portability Multifunctional Neurobehavioral Testing Device:Using for Rat Models

摘 要：At present,laboratorial neurobehavioral research could be practiced by observing experimental animal’ changes of nature behavior subjectively,or by evaluating animal performance on some professional neurobehavioral equipments *** neurobehavioral equipments for laboratorial rat experiment are numerous,and they have different functions and were designed for different neurobehavioral *** their application exist some disadvantages,such as complex structure,costly price,difficulty of carrying, and only one kind of test can be performed on one set of special *** solve this problem,we reviewed some existent neurobehavioral test projects,then designed and made a set of portable multifunctional equipment. According installation and geometrical change of this equipment,five different tests were able to be practiced, which are beam walking test,beam balance test,slope test,open field activity assay and memory test, evaluate the systemized neural function for experimental rat.
