摘 要:Objectives From Febrary 2010 to July 2011,158 of 416 Klebsiella pneumoniae(***) isolates producing extended-spectrum B-lactamase(ESBL)from patients with lower respiratory tract infection were collected from seven tertiary hospitals in *** study was conducted to analyse the genetic environment and promoter sequences of these 10 bla genes,18 bla genes and 2 bla genes in 158 ESBL-producing *** isolates.
