摘 要:正Recently,single-molecule gap-mode tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) experiments were reported.[1~2] It has not only inspired a debate on whether it was a truly single-molecule detection,but also created enthusiasm for the possibility of an ultra- sensitive nanoanalytical technique.To study gap-mode TERS,a combine system of a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) and a conventional optical microscope was built in
