摘 要：Alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT) is the major serum protease inhibitor of our body, a glycoprotein synthesized in the liver. Individuals who are deficient in AAT are at risk for developing panniculitis, anticytoplasmic neutrophilic antibody (C-ANCA)-positive vasculitis (Wegener’s granulomatosis), emphysema and liver cirrhosis. In AAT-deficient patients, panniculitis has been precipitated by cryotherapy, trauma, surgical debridement,
