摘 要：Based on the analysis of developing trend of property management industry in China, this paper came to one conclusion, that is, property management information system is very important to its development. Through deep investigation about this area, the paper summarizes several functions of this system. According to 3-tier application theory of software development, this paper offers a complete solution to design and realize the property management information system.
