摘      要：The cold roll forming process of car’s rubbing beam was simulated by *** history-curves of the stress and strain of the special node were obtained and the deformations of the transition zone were *** simulation results show that as the metal sheet is bending,deformation changed from the elastic to plastic deformation,in each pass,the bending stress increased,then decreased,and after some fluctuation it tends to a steady state,from this point of view,Cold Roll Forming is a multiple loading and unloading process.
