摘 要:Shi et al. reported the C-O-CSH monolayer self-assembled on Au(111) / mica substrates and the hexagonal arrangement of the molecules. We have studied the possibility of room temperature superconductivity and nano-scale conductive system by the self-assembly monolayer of the C derivative which is C-O-CSH, (C-SAM). We expect that the C-SAM / Au becomes novel conducting materials system if the Au films as substrates are ultrathin.
