摘 要:This study is grounded in a theoretical framework that assesses the four constructs,namely external environment,readiness,firm size,employee commitment,to the performance of ISO 9000 certification at the firm *** empirical analysis demonstrates three key findings:(1) External environment often drives firms to adopt ISO 9000,and it further associated with the organizational performances.(2) Within the framework,readiness emerges as the strongest factor for the value for ISO 9000.(3) Size and employee commitment are also significantly and positively contribute to the organizational *** findings indicate the usefulness of the proposed research model and theoretical framework for studying ISO 9000 *** also provide insights for both business managers and policy-makers.
