摘 要:Device surfaces and interfaces in organic light-emitting diodes have been studied by X-Rayphotoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), ultra-violet photoemission spectroscopy (UPS), and high-resolutionenergy loss spectroscopy (HREELS). Our recent results for both metal/organic (molecular and polymeric)
