摘 要:正One of the important problems of modem manufacture is improvement of technical and economic parameters of welded designs on the basis of reduction in their specific metal consumption, increase in operational reliability and durability. High-strength alloyed steels with a liquid limit 550…950 MPa (30XΓCA, 12X2HhA. etc.) possess a high complex of operational properties and are used for manufacture of crucial welded products. They provide high durability of design at simultaneous reduction in its metal *** main difficulty at welding these steels is prevention of formation of cold cracks in metal of a seam and zone of thermal influence. Solving this problem becomes complicated because welded connections should possess required operational properties in after welding condition without more heat *** resource-saving technology of welding of multilayered connections with slot-hole cutting from steel 30XΓCA by a stationary arch in conditions of two-jet gas protection in CO2, without preheating and subsequent heat treatment is developed. The multilayered welded connections received by developed technology possess high enough and stable operational *** carried out microstructural analysis of samples has shown presence of fine-dyspersated structures of metal in seams with implicitly expressed welded zone, i.e. there is a smooth transition from metal of a seam to the basic metal that provides high serviceability of welded connection. It is proved by a high value of impact strength of samples with a cut in zone of thermal *** preheating and subsequent heat treatment from technological process of welding of multilayered welded connections of steel 30XΓCA allows to save 3-4 m3/h of combustible gas (acetylene, natural gas) and 3-4,5 m3/h of oxygen necessary at local heating of welded products. The economy of gas and oxygen at welding one running metre of multilayered welded connection makes 14,58 roubles in the prices of 2002. Du
