Construction Diverse Spirooxindoles via Heteroaromatic N-ylides

摘 要:Heteroaromatic N-ylides such as pyridinium,quinolinium,isoquinolinium,and N-benzylbenzimidazolium methylides,etc,are reactive azomethine ylides,which can be easily obtained from sequential alkylation of aza-aroamtic heterocycles with active alkyl halides and deprotonation with *** heteroaromatic N-ylides have been extensively used in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition for synthesis of the various nitrogen-containing heterocycles such as polysubstituted pyridines,terpyridines and *** recent years,we investigated the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of various heteroaromatic N-ylides with 3-methyleneoxindole derivatives such as 3-phenacylidenexoindoles and isatylidine *** spirooxindole systems including spiro[cyclopropane-1,3’-indolines],spiro[indoline-3,3’-pyrrolo[1,2-a]quinolines],dispirocyclopentanebisoxindoles,and dispirocyclohexyl-3,3’-bisoxindoles can be selectively synthesized by changing of the substrates and reaction conditions.
